A PASHM E QUM MADE WITH CARE AND FOR….
dining room
In the dining room, the carpet is subject to more wear and tear. We recommend choosing carpets with a short pile, as they are easier to clean and chairs glide more smoothly on them. For materials, we suggest sound-absorbing and stain-resistant pure wool or easy-care flatweave carpets made of natural fibers such as jute or sisal, but also of synthetic fibers like polypropylene. Those who opt for a dining room carpet with patterns and/or iridescent colors will find it easier to deal with food stains: they will be barely noticeable.
bedroom
When it comes to bedroom rugs , the sky’s the limit. This room isn’t subject to heavy wear and tear, so you can place anything you like on the floor, from silk rugs to shag rugs to sheepskins ! We recommend rugs with a longer pile because they’re so wonderfully cozy. Wool rugs are perfect for rooms like the bedroom because they have a positive effect on the microclimate. They not only dampen sound but also absorb moisture produced at night by breathing and body heat, releasing it later. If you already have carpeting in your bedroom, a short-pile rug with a beautiful design can also create a wonderful effect. Flatweave rugs made of synthetic fibers like polypropylene aren’t as soft against bare feet, so we wouldn’t recommend them for the bedroom.
